Ingredients
| 3 cups | Vegetable Oil |
| 2 cups | Sugar |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 1 1/4 tsp | Vanilla |
| 3 cups | Diced Apples |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 1 tsp | Cinnamon |
| 1 tsp | Baking Soda |
| 2 cups | Flour |
| |
| Caramel Topping |
| 1 cup | Brown Sugar |
| 1/2 cup | Butter |
| 1/4 cup | Milk |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a bowl mix Oil, Sugar, Eggs, and Vanilla
- In a bowl mix Flour, Salt, Cinnamon, and Baking Soda
- Add flour mixture to the liquids. Stir in Apples
- Pour into cake pan and bake for one hour
- When cake is baked combine the topping ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 3 minutes. Pour over warm cake and let stand for an hour
