Ingredients
| 1 cup | Butter |
| 1 1/2 cups | Sugar |
| 2 | Large eggs |
| 2 tsp | Vanilla |
| 2 3/4 cups | Flour |
| 1 1/2 tsp | Cream of Tartar |
| 1/2 tsp | Baking Soda |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture |

| 1/4 cup | Sugar |
| 1 1/2 tbsp | Cinnamon |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Mix butter and sugar until creamy, add eggs and vanilla and mix thoroughly
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients
- Mix together the Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture
- Roll cookie dough into small balls and coat with the Cinnamon-Sugar mixture
- Place on cookie mat and press the center down
- Cook for 9-11 minutes
