Ingredients
| 3 tbsp | Butter |
| 5 | Garlic Cloves |
| 2 tbsp | Ginger, grated |
| 2 tsp | Garam Masala |
| 1 tsp | Cumin |
| 1 tsp | Paprika |
| 1 tsp | Turmeric |
| 1/2 tsp | Chili Powder |
| 900g (2 lbs) | Chicken (thighs), diced |
| 1 can | Tomato Sauce |
| 1 cup | Heavy Cream |
Instructions - Instant Pot
- Saute Butter to melt, add Garlic and Ginger
- Add all spices, stir and cook for 1 minute
- Add Tomato Sauce and 1/4cup water
- Add Chicken and stir
- Cook at high pressure for 6 minutes, quick release
- Saute and stir in Heavy Cream, allow sauce to reduce
