2Garlic, minced
4Shallots, chopped
3 tbspButter
1/3 cupVodka
1 canCushed Tomatoes
tasteBasil, Salt, Pepper
1/2 tbspRed Pepper Flakes
1/2 cupHalf and Half Cream
tastePenne
tasteParmesan

Instructions

  1. Add Butter to pan and melt. Add Shallots and Garlic. Cook until browned
  2. Add Vodka and stir until it evaporates
  3. Add Tomatoes, Basil, Salt, Pepper, and Red Pepper Flakes. On low heat stir until thick
  4. Add Cream, stir until good consistancy
  5. Cook Penne. Drain and add Butter and Parmesan to hot pasta
  6. Let sauce sit for 5-10 minutes before adding to Penne
