Ingredients
| 450g | Pasta |
| 2 | Chicken Breasts |
| 2 tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 3 tbsp | Jerk Seasoning |
| 3 | Bell Peppers |
| 1/2 cup | Green Onions sliced |
| 2-3 | Garlic Cloves |
| 1/4 cup | Stock |
| 1/2 cup | Cream |
| 1/2 cup | Parmesean Cheese |
Instructions
- Cook pasta al dente
- Cube chicken and toss with half of the jerk seasoning. Cook with olive oil. Remove and set aside
- In same pan saute peppers and green onions. Add garlic, remaining jerk seasoning, cook a few minutes
- Add heavy creem, stock, and chicken. Simmer until sauce thickens. Mix in parmesean and pasta. Serve
