Ingredients

454g (1lbs)Pasta, fusilli/penne
454g (1lbs)Chicken Breast, cooked and cubed
TasteBacon Bits
2 cupsGrape Tomatoes, halved
2 cupsSpinach
1/2 cupFeta, crumbled
1/4Red Onion, sliced
2 tbspDill, chopped
4500ml Mason Jars
Dressing
1/4 cupOlive Oil
3 tbspRed Wine Vinegar
1/2 tspItalian Seasoning
1 cloveGarlic, minced
TasteSalt and Pepper

Instructions - Mason Jar Salad

  1. Cook pasta and chicken. Season chicken to taste. Cut into cubes
  2. Wisk together dressing ingredients
  3. Split between jars
  4. Lid and refrigerate for up to 5 days
