2 cupsPasta (rotini, penne, etc)
2Chicken Breast, cooked and diced
1 cupCherry Tomatoes, halved
4 cupsRomaine Lettuce, chopped
4500ml Mason Jars
Dressing
1 1/2 tbspMayonnaise
1 tspDijon Mustard
2 tspApple Cider Vinegar
1/8 tspSugar
2 tbspPesto
TasteSalt and Pepper

Instructions - Mason Jar Salad

  1. Cook pasta, rinse and toss with Pesto, split between jars
  2. Layer in order Dressing, Chicken, Tomatoes, and Lettuce
  3. Lid and refrigerate for up to 5 days
