Carrots, sliced

Beans (kidney, pinto, etc)

Bacon

Broth
4 cup
Tomatoes, chopped
4 tbsp
Oregano
2 tbsp
Rosemary

Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
In large pot cook Bacon until crispy, remove from pan and set aside
Using Bacon grease saute Onion and Carrots until tender. Add Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes
Add Beans, Broth, Tomatoes, Oregano, Rosemary, and crumble Bacon into pot
Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for at least one hour
