Ingredients

454 g (1 lbs)Ground Pork
2 tbspHoisin Sauce
1Onion, sliced
3Garlic, minced
1 tbspSoy Sauce
1/4 tspChinese Five Spice
1/4 tspBlack Pepper
3 cupBroth (see tip)
454 g (16 ounce)Coleslaw Mix with Carrots

Instructions - Instant Pot

  1. Press Saute and brown pork. Add Hoisin Sauce and stir to coat pork. Add Onion and cook until tender. Add Garlic, Soy Sauce, Chinese Five Spice, and Pepper. Cook for 1 minute
  2. Add Broth and Coleslaw Mix. Stir well. Set for Manual, 8 minutes. Quick release
  3. Serve with cunchy Wonton Strips

Tip - For Egg Roll Bowl use 1/2 cup of broth. Serve with Rice.
