3Garlic, minced
2Celery Stalks, chopped
450g (1 lbs)Ham, cubed
900g (2 lbs)Potatoes, cubed
4 cupsBroth
1/4 cupHeavy Cream
TasteSalt, Pepper
1 tspThyme

Instructions - Instant Pot

  1. Press Saute. Add Butter, Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Celery. Cook 5 minutes
  2. Add Ham, Potatoes, Broth, Salt, Pepper, Thyme. Close lid, set to Manual for 5 minutes
  3. Quick release after cooked. Stir in Cream
