Ingredients
| 2 tbsp | Butter |
| 1/2 cup | Carrot, sliced |
| 1 | Onion, chopped |
| 3 | Garlic, minced |
| 2 | Celery Stalks, chopped |
| 450g (1 lbs) | Ham, cubed |
| 900g (2 lbs) | Potatoes, cubed |
| 4 cups | Broth |
| 1/4 cup | Heavy Cream |
| Taste | Salt, Pepper |
| 1 tsp | Thyme |
Instructions - Instant Pot
- Press Saute. Add Butter, Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Celery. Cook 5 minutes
- Add Ham, Potatoes, Broth, Salt, Pepper, Thyme. Close lid, set to Manual for 5 minutes
- Quick release after cooked. Stir in Cream
