1Onion, diced
tasteCelery, diced
tasteCarrots, diced
1 1/2 cupDried Split Peas, rinsed
5 cupBroth
1 tspOregano
454 g (1 lbs)Ham
1/2 tspSea Salt
1/2 tspBlack Pepper

Instructions - Instant Pot

  1. Press Saute and heat Oil. Add Onion, Carrots, and Celery. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until Onion is translucent
  2. Add Dried Split Peas, Broth, Oregano, Ham, Salt, and Pepper. Press Soup for 30 minutes
  3. Quick relase when done
